Airam Pneumatic Presses

The presses have a wide range of capacity from 3 ton to 200 ton with adjustable tonnage input air pressure from 10 to 100 PSI (rated tonnage at 100 PSI). The unique design feature is Airam's Airtube in five basic sizes from 3 ton to 35 ton. The airtube covers 75% of the ram surface so you're not pushing in the middle and distorting towards the ends. The shut height is infinitely adjustable and the stroke is also adjustable and not to exceed the standard maximum stroke of 3". Size for size, the Airam will outperform a crank press on both speed and accuracy, and is virtually maintenance free. There are no clutches, no flywheels, no painstaking hours needed to fit the work to the press. The Airam can't jam, and delivers practically it's fully-rated tonnage throughtout its stroke range.
